Notification of Winners: If your photo or video is selected as the monthly contest winner, you will be notified via email.

Usage Permissions: By entering the contest, you grant Keteles Electric Bikes permission to use your submitted photo or video in the Keteles Newsletter, emails, website, printed materials, social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and any other promotional materials distributed by Keteles. Our staff may make slight alterations to the photo for formatting purposes. However, entry does not guarantee inclusion on Keteles channels.

Modification or Termination: Keteles reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend any photo submission period at any time for any reason.

Ownership of Content: Entries must be submitted by the original photographer or videographer. Do not submit a photo or video taken by someone other than yourself. By submitting the photo or video and entry form, you guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the content.

Binding Agreement: These terms and conditions shall benefit and bind the parties, as well as their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.

Publication Rights: By submitting a photo or video, entrants grant Keteles staff the right to publish the submitted content, entrant’s name, and the name and/or location of the subject of the photo or video. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original, have not been previously published, and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Compliance with Official Rules: Each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all official rules.

Final Decision: The decision of Keteles in all matters related to the rules and administration of this photo or video submission contest shall be final.
