Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping to the contiguous lower 48 states in the United States. Additionally, we are pleased to announce that we can now ship our electric bikes to countries within the European Union (EU).
- Bulk orders or freight shipments may not qualify for free shipping.
- Free shipping applies to bicycles, and accessories and parts may have shipping charges applied if the order total is under $100.
International Shipping:
We are delighted to offer international shipping to countries within the European Union (EU). Please note that different models may have varying stock levels in different regions. For specific stock availability, please refer to the product pages.
Shipping Methods:
- In the United States, we use FedEx for logistics.
- In Europe, we utilize Gel Express for shipping.
Shipping Times:
Our products are typically shipped within 1-2 business days unless the product being purchased is a pre-order. For pre-ordered products, the estimated shipment date will be listed under the product title on our website.
Shipping Tracking:
Please be aware that there may be delays between when you receive the shipping confirmation email and when the package is scanned in at a carrier facility. The estimated shipping date when tracking the package on the carrier’s website may not be accurate until the carrier has scanned the package into their system.
APO Addresses:
While we do not typically ship to APO addresses, we understand that there may be unique circumstances. If your bike is sent to an APO address and is refused, and you wish to cancel your order, a $150 restocking fee may be applied.
Lost or Stolen Merchandise:
Keteles eBikes is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that occurs as a result of handling by a shipping carrier.
Local Regulations:
No matter where you are located, it is your responsibility to follow the rules and regulations of your locality concerning the proper and lawful use of electric bicycles.
